According to some sources, Mr Vivek Chandok, the Vice President, Mobility, VAS Product & Portfolio of Tech Mahindra has says that the organization is aiming to enroll n-numbers of under graduate job seekers for low-cost services and that will definitely help youngsters to have the access to several jobs. The organization wants to take part in creating the Golden India and save many young lives.
Mr. Chandok, the Vice President has said that they are going to create lots of new jobs for the young job seekers. There will be separate packages for the employers as well. He added saying that this particular service will not ensure or promise jobs to the job seekers. This service will initiate and offer a platform for both the employers and the job seekers. Employers can also get connected easily and the profit share of the organization will be generated from the employers. Job seekers just require enroll their names and avail the facility.
Candidates, who want to have the access to this service, need to purchase the ‘Saral Rozgar Job Card’ which is also considered as registration fees. The registration process follows a simple voice call from his or her mobile phone. The call can be made from anywhere in India and can be done in different regional languages. Finally, the organization will connect the job seekers with employees and in this way the aspired employers will get the job.
Mr. Vivek has added that currently they have vacancies in different positions and they can offer India around one lakh jobs with the collaboration with different companies around India. In Rajasthan, there are 5000 jobs they are offering to the job seekers.
